Delivery

All SHĀNTIMA pieces are custom-made at our studio in South of Israel. We are a small team, so please allow 10 business days for your order to be ready and shipped to you.

All orders are shipped by National Registered Post with a tracking number or by UPS Speed Post, depending on your choice during checkout.

According to your location, the shipping time may vary (if shipped by Registered Post):
– USA & Canada: 7-10 biz days
– New Zealand, Australia: 15-20 biz days
– Europe: 7-14 biz days
– Russia: 7-14 biz days

Please note that all items being imported from abroad may be subject to customs inspection as well as to the payment of duty. Specific customs rules may apply according to your country. When in doubt, please check with your local customs authority.

Returns

To return or exchange an item, email us at hi@shantima.com within seven days after receiving your order. Items purchased on sale can be exchanged only.

Track Your Order

To track your order please go to Track Your Order page, enter your Order ID and press the “Track” button. The Order ID is mentioned in the confirmation letter you should have received after completing the order and payment.
